WASHINGTON – An adult male was killed on Interstate 15 mile marker 12 early this morning when his van rolled into the median.
 
The victim was previously identified as a resident of Washington by news outlets, however Elisco Galalssi-Cabas, 50, is a resident of Kanab.
 
Trooper Todd Johnson said Galalssi-Cabas went off the road on the right-hand side, then overcorrected to the left and rolled his vehicle. He was ejected from his vehicle.
 
Johnson said speed and wet roads are being investigated as the causes of the accident.
