Officers Solve Cold Case from 2008 Involving Stolen Musical Instruments

ST. GEORGE – A 25-year-old man who was arrested last night on domestic violence charges is facing additional charges in a cold case stemming from a burglary in 2008.

Officer Johnny Heppler said officers were investigating the theft of musical instruments totaling over $3,000 from a resident’s home, when they discovered the suspect had allegedly pawned the stolen items back in 2008. Officers questioned the man while he was in purgatory and he allegedly admitted to the burglary.
