Police Investigate Multiple Vehicle Break-Ins from Last Night

ST. GEORGE – Officers responded to several calls today after St. George residents woke up this morning to find the windows of their vehicles had been smashed.

Capt. James Van Fleet said officers received a call at 6:45 a.m. that a vehicle had been broken into at approximately 40 N Valley View Drive. The windows had been smashed with a rock but nothing seemed to be stolen.

An hour later, officers received a call in the area of 710 N Sunset. Again, the windows had been smashed but nothing appeared to be stolen.

Officers received more calls on that same street, and then two more calls on West Ridge. Van Fleet said it is unknown whether any items were stolen from the other vehicles as officers are investigating the cases today.
