Nathaniel Nelson Astle, 32, passed away June 23, 2015. Nate was born March 11, 1983, to Dr. Nelson LaFarr Astle (Ogden) and Karma Olivia Johnson (Gilbert, Arizona).
Nate grew up in Layton and served a faithful LDS mission in Sacramento, California. Nate’s gentle soul, loving heart, and contagious laughter will forever remain with those who deeply love him. He touched many people with his caring and fun personality. Nate is survived by his parents; sisters, Chelsea and Shannil; brother, Micah, and his cat, Beau.
Funeral Services
- Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 2, 2 p.m. in the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel located at 288 West St. George Blvd, St. George.
- A visitation will be held Thursday from 1-1:45 p.m. in the chapel.
- Interment will be in Tonaquint Cemetery, St. George.
- A candle light vigil will be held Friday, July 3, 8 p.m. at the Layton Commons Park, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton.
