Ned loved the outdoors and was considered a great hunter and fisherman. He always had a grand story to tell and was a cowboy of old. He wore it well, from his old stained Stetson cowboy hat down to the tip of his cowboy boots.

One thing about Ned is he loved to cook wherever he hung his hat. He had a touch for cooking all occasions of foods.

Besides the love for hunting and fishing, Ned loved his sports. He loved a good basketball game or tennis match. As a teenager, he was on the school basketball team.

He loved country music and Marty Robins, especially the song “A White Sports Coat and a Pink Carnation.”
