Expert vegetable gardening tips at free workshop

ST. GEORGE — Utah State University extension horticulturist Rick Heflebower will teach a “Fall into Vegetable Gardening” workshop Saturday at the Tonaquint Nature Center.

One of the benefits of living in Southern Utah is the long growing season. Learn how to make this climate work for you and your vegetables.

Heflebower will teach at the Tonaquint Nature Center in Tonaquint Park located at 1851 S. Dixie Drive in St. George.

This workshop is free and is part of the “Community Water-wise Landscape Workshop Series.”
