Betrayed by Beyoncé

Cody is convinced that R&B superstar Beyoncé Knowles promised him she would escort him home after his wisdom tooth surgery. After initially breaking down, he urges his mom to take him to Africa to meet her. He later almost loses it when his gauze falls out of his mouth and he sees blood. Compounded by his numb face and an unexpected burp, he’s convinced he’s going to die.

An up-and-coming pop star?

Aside from hugging the dashboard of the car, you can tell from this video that Kelly is a natural entertainer. After singing one of her favorite songs, she posits that the performance could make her famous. With more than 4 million hits on the video, we would agree with her. Afterward, she graces us with another musical performance, complete with hand motions.

Best friends with Ellen DeGeneres

The concluding video is one with which you may already be familiar. Jayci, a Utah native, wakes up from her wisdom tooth surgery devastated she doesn’t look like Nicki Minaj.

She’s also despondent when she feels her lip, saying it might make her look like Jay Z — that is, until she realizes it might give her an in with the rapper’s wife, Beyoncé.

Most of all, Jayci’s down about the fact that she’s not best friends with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. The video became so popular that it caught Ellen’s attention, and Jayci was invited on the show to meet her.

Despite the humor of these videos, getting your wisdom teeth out is kind of a big deal, and if you have it do it anyway, you may has well make it worth your while by doing it right.
