ST. GEORGE — The Washington County landfill could expand by as much as 55 acres by the end of the year.

The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comments on a land transfer proposal that would move 55 acres from the BLM to Washington County Solid Waste. The land added to the landfill is estimated to extend the life of the landfill by 25 years.

“This proposal is an effort by the BLM at the request of Washington County to help identify ways to support the local community,” said BLM district manager Ahmed Mohsen.

The 55 acres in question is located on the northwest boundary of the current landfill and is close to Telegraph Street and the Coral Canyon Golf Course, said Nickolas Howell, public affairs specialist for the BLM in Southern Utah. There is a ridge along Telegraph Street that separates the landfill from the Coral Canyon Golf Course and the housing development.

If the BLM doesn’t receive any valid objections, the BLM will move forward with transferring the land to the landfill, Howell said.

“It’s hard to nail down a specific time, but if the process goes smoothly, the transfer could happen by the end of the year,” Howell said.

The public review period goes until 4:40 p.m. on May 3.

According to a press release by the BLM, “the most useful comments are those that identify issues relevant to the proposed action or contain new technical or scientific information.” Comments containing only opinions or preferences will not be considered.

Written comments can be mailed to Teresa Burke at the BLM St. George Field Office at 345 East Riverside Drive or faxed to 435-688-3252.

See…why don’t they just be honest about their intentions! Go to google maps and put shinob kibe directly center of your screen with the red arrow pointing southeast. Angle down as far as you can go so you can view straight down that ridgeline. The whole valley is made up for faces. The long valley ridge line that curves around to Warner Valley creates multiple faces. The land left of the freeway from this view is a face upon face upon face. The ridge line in the spot where this is planned is part of a facial depiction with Shinob Kibe being the forehead brow and from this view is facing left….the spaces in between ridge lines are more faces. The road down to the dump ends up being just under the nose of this face depiction but also is a left eye for another face depiction looking towards pine valley mountain. These depictions run all along this mountain range. They all merge together to form several various depictions…most are faces and big cats and birds. These symbols look to be related to the Aztec. Army corps of engineers archaeologist as well as government archaeologist will tell you that no southern meso-american culture or people made it this far north. Which is a complete lie! This area is marked with over 100 different depictions that lay upon the terrain in a relief fashion. The Aztec who are known to have inhabited central parts of Mexico claim that their homeland was farther North! This homeland they called Aztlan…which today is considered a myth. So, that seems like a rational reason to remove a ridge line of rock for an extension of the landfill. Or is it to hide evidence of a fabled homeland which had a city claimed to be built in gold? Or to deny and hide a culture from its people? Or to hide the fact that certain gold plates that were deciphered to make a certain religion were actually gold plates tied to a people who’s GOD lived worlds below us…and was depicted as being half man half serpent shapeshifter that goes by the name of “Quetzalcoat”! They know…they dont care about what the public has to say…they just want to know if anyone knows what they are really up to! Check it out…its there…its everywhere around here!
