What’s on the Menu: Peppers Cantina

FEATURE — If you have a craving of “grande proportions” like Sheldon Demke’s co-host of “What’s on the Menu?” Cassie Parker, you better head to Peppers Cantina in St. George. The owner of Peppers wanted to create an atmosphere where diners felt like they were actually in Puerto Rico, but beyond the ambiance, has he pulled off this goal with the food?

You can almost taste it in Episode 9 of “What’s on the Menu” in video above.

Watch as Sheldon and Cassie sample carne asada fajitas, the beso “kiss” chimichanga (a Peppers original) and a “garbage style” chicken burrito. You’re going to want a soda or a cerveza for watching this episode of “What’s on the Menu?”
