BLM seeks volunteers for Warner Valley, Sky Ranch clean up

ST. GEORGE — We will be cleaning up illegal dumping and target shooting sites in beautiful Warner Valley on Saturday, April 9 from 8 a.m. to noon.

There are two clean up locations. One is just south of Sky Ranch in Hurricane and the other is just east of St. George. Location – No street address is available.

Here are the directions: Copy the coordinates below, Open Google Maps in a new window, paste the coordinates into the search box, hit enter.

  • 37 3.318N, 113 28.019W (St. George)
  • 37 3.432N, 113 18.546W (Hurricane)

This project is suitable for children, but those under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Outdoor work gloves are required. Participants who can bring a pickup truck for hauling trash would be much appreciated.
