ST. GEORGE – Jared Rosado met Jamie Watters about 16 plus years ago; Jared working at a motorcycle shop and Jamie a frequent customer. After a few visits, Jared asked Jamie to come out dirt bike riding, at first she was hesitant, Jared did not give up, he was persistent. In this case, it paid off, she became friends with not only Jared but with the group of riders that would be friends forever.
As the years past, Jared and Jamie became inseparable, riding their dirt bikes as often as possible. Of course the timing was never right for them, being in various relationships that never seemed to last. Sometimes being apart for a few years at a time due to respect for the other’s relationships. Still time went on, and the friendship was always just as strong. Then one day as if this was all part of some meticulous plan, things started to fall into place, the stars aligned. It was time, The two had probably been in Love for a long time, yet could never admit it to each other …
That time had passed and now 16 plus years later they were in love, in love so much that on May 8, Mothers Day, Jared took Jamie to take a few pictures with her new Mothers Day camera, a few in town. Then up in the mountains north of St. George, this is the spot where Jared Rosado proposed to Jamie Watters and she said yes.
They will be married Oct. 8
