WASHINGTON CITY – A rollover on Washington Fields Road totaled a minivan and resulted in three people being sent to the hospital Friday.
Around 5 p.m., Washington City Police responded to reports of a single-vehicle accident on Washington Fields Road just north of East Foothill Drive. When responders arrived on scene they found a minivan that had left the roadway and crashed into a brick wall along the west side of the road.
Three people were taken to Dixie Regional Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries: a woman who was driving the minivan, and two juvenile passengers, said Ed Kantor, Washington City Police public information officer.
The extent of the injuries appeared to be bumps, bruises and some abrasions, Kantor said. The three were taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
It was fortunate the accident wasn’t as bad it could have been, Kantor said.
The cause of the accident is currently unknown and under investigation.
A portion of the outside southbound lane of Washington Fields Road between 400 South and East Foothill Drive was blocked by police as they and other responders tended to the scene.
The Washington City Fire Department and Gold Cross Ambulance also responded to the accident.
This report is based on preliminary information provided by law enforcement or other emergency responders and may not contain the full scope of findings.

I wonder what kind of citation the driver will get?
It all depends on how many white kids they have and what church they belong to.
I prefer cinnamon rolls over minivan rolls
